Educator Initiative, developed by Preschool of the Arts' director Sarah Rotenstreich, is a professional development program designed to help early childhood directors infuse intentionality into their pedagogical approaches. Intentional teaching requires educators to constantly revisit and reflect upon their teaching habits, curriculum planning, and knowledge of child development.
Educator Initiative specializes in offering up-and-coming directors with the guidance needed to establish and organize productive, successful early childhood centers.
